Desert

On our winter get-away we stopped for two nights here at the base of a group of low mountains. The small desert town of Quartzite lies below here and attracts many campers/visitors in the winter. There are no camping fees here on government land however there is a 14 day limit and "dry camping" is required. There are all styles of camping from rigs with generators and solar electric as well as holding tanks that will last for a few days. We see propane trucks and "honey wagons" to pump out your tanks when required... all the comforts.
