Crossing The Plains

I was in Bolivia in Sept 2013 backpacking. I was finishing up a tour of the Bolivian salt flats. Towards the end of the trip we were taken to a wind swept valley where there were occasional small twisters that difted over the plains. With the sun trying to peak through the clouds I was able capture this mini twister drifitng on the plains by the end of a cliff
