Day Thirty-Two

An eight and a half hour bus ride through the mountains of northern Laos makes for a beautiful,but tiring journey. We traveled from Phonsavan to Luang Prabang today. After arriving in the city center, we had to check about fifteen guesthouses before we found one which had free beds. We were exhausted so we took the beds and went off in search off food, which happened to be right across the street. This was our view during our dinner or sticky rice, papaya salad, fish tom yum soup and potato fried (which turned out to be French fries).
