Turns out the best way to get in a total funk is to work 13 days straight, eat the bare minimum and get by on 6 hours sleep a night. It's also a fantastic way to lose half a stone but I don't recommend this diet to anyone.

I'm off for a well deserved couple of days so that should sort out the aforementioned funk...Let the relaxation begin!
