No swimming

It was a very Dorney day today!

Fortunately I didn't have to do any swimming as I'd only signed up for a 10km run.

Nathan had been at Dorney Lake this morning, with his friend Joe. They had done a duathlon and Nathan was extremely lucky that his tyre held out for the whole 20km, and THEN went flat.

Josh and Steve went to the driving range as football was off. Heavy rain overnight was the final straw for the pitch.
