Being Your Own Manager

When your boss is yourself, it's important to celebrate the good stuff. It's easy to be hard on ourselves or even worse, just pretend that there is no need for an appraisal, good or bad!

I have collected lots of letters from the training I deliver and I decided that they can't sit in an envelope on my desk where I can't see them forever.

So I have fitted as many letters as I can into a frame so now I can see them.....if I'm ever having a challenging day, I can read these and renew my perspective :0)
