Storm before the Bigger Storm

We only had time to nip out later this afternoon as Paul was waiting for a delivery of a new camera, which I have tried out here. Despite warmer temperatures, the wind chill was bitter, so I very briefly snapped the twinkling lights before juimping back in the car hastily.

The red storm warning sign was flashing to say the high tide would be at 9.0 pm with much spray over the causeway. I hope residents don't have to decamp again.
