Delicate

When I was first asked if I could foster birds I said, sure why not. I mean, pups, kitttens, birdies all need a helping hand at times.
What I didn't realize was that these tiny, tiny birds are something special. Just their size and superthin skin makes them so extremely delicate. But they know very quickly that the giant hand is gentle and brings warmth and food, and we are quite comfortable here, cradled in the giant hand :)
