Sunday run

Mr hazelh photographed me on my run this morning. It was very windy at the top of Arthur's Seat, but the views across to the old town were beautiful in the winter sunshine.

Exercise today: run from the house to Holyrood Park, around Arthur's Seat, and home again in 1 hour, 16 minutes and 10 seconds.
