Pondering

I revisited the River Severn this morning to see if the tide was higher than yesterday as had been forecast. I'd say it was about the same given that the wind wasn't quite so strong today. The water seemed a little calmer as it rushed up river.

While it was tempted to post another image of the Severn (yesterday's Tidal Seat was again on the shortlist), I couldn't resist this little pond which, I guess, normally acts as an overspill for the surrounding fields. The emerging light and relatively still reflections gave me one of those 'that'll be ok' moments.

I walked up and down the river for ages and it turned out to be a wonderful Sunday morning. I like it down this way.
