Roadworks

That is an understatement to say the least, as most of the road to Gandesa is being widened in patches... but the patches will more or less join together when they're finished.

They're cutting all the sharp corners off... so that's most of the corners... and straightening the road out, although at the moment the original road is the one you travel. It's all making a hell of a mess!

The reason for all the disruption is that they have a lot of trouble getting the huge lorries, bearing parts for the wind turbines that pop up around here on a regular basis, around the existing roads. The huge crane has gone up over the last couple of days, and no doubt the windmill will follow next week.

I tried to get a shot of the crane as we approached, and failed miserably. We couldn't stop and so the wing mirror shot was the best I could get. So that's mirrors two days running.
