80 Years!

'He huffed, he puffed... and finally he blew out all his candles". At least that's what my birthday card said. Today we celebrated my Grandad's 80th birthday - one year older but not necessarily one year more grown up - as Callum's card rightly pointed out as "growing older is inevitable but growing up is optional"! A similar theme running through the afternoon ended in the final gift from the family being a muppets old man Statler mask which brought many laughs as we each took turns of trying it on. The other main gift of the day was a a brand new iPad air... I am prepared to receive several phone calls in the next few weeks as to how to use it and 'why isn't it working?'.
