Kings Cross

Had to go to a meeting in a different part of London this afternoon. Had a good 30 minute walk to get there with a colleague who knew where he was going.

Interesting meeting with lots of ideas to work on. Ventured onto a London bus (my second this week) to get to Kings Cross and pick up the tube for the journey home.

Busy train but back a bit earlier than usual and had chance to check work email before I went out to Book Group. Great evening with lots of discussion about the book (The Mayor of Casterbridge) and lots of general chat.

Pleased that it is nearly the end of the week and nearly the end of January.
