Lemon and Poppy Seed "Bread"

The recipe said bread, but it actually turned out to be a very standard cake mix, with not a smidgen of yeast in sight. Still tastes really good!

I miss cooking properly during the week so try and make up for it at the weekend.
This weekend involved:
- Lemon and poppy seed cake
- Chocolate coffee mouse things
- Full roast dinner

Boys are now watching the new series of Top Gear.
