Cloud formation

A stunning cloud formation frames the Greater Church of the Ascension (Большое Вознесение) at Nikitsky Vorota in Moscow. The church was known during the 19th and early 20th centuries as the parish for Moscow's intelligentsia. The church is also famous as the venue for the marriage of Alexander Pushkin and Natalia Goncharova in 1831. Reportedly this fact saved the church from demolition during communist times.
