Mama Junco

Lots of lovely Juncos weathering the snow today. Papa is much darker than the blipped female. These flyers are not called snow birds for nothing. They are always present when the snow flies. The storm today is the first of the predicted three snow events for this week. We were spoiled by warm temps this weekend after endless cold. The snow is wet and heavier than the last storm. It's very pretty, enough to cover everything and the roads are still black so far. Hopefully the ride to the train station and back will be uneventful.

For the Record,
This day came in damp with snow starting by mid-morning. 3-5 inches
predicted.

All hands healthy
