Eye Rise

The London Eye with the early morning sun lighting the Thames. I took the boat again, but started farther east than usual by cycling to Canary Wharf to ride under Tower Bridge at dawn. That worked out fine up to Blackfriars, and when I boarded the Putney boat to St Georges I wasn't expecting much. But then the sun appeared behind the big wheel and I leaned out of the wondow to catch the moment.

After that an intense and ultimately successful day in the office.

Too tired in the evening to run, I decided on an evening off. Hopefully that'll pay off.
