Newmachar Golf Course

A work related blip today of the golf course outside Newmachar. I was supporting a local group to recruit a manager for the new community owned community centre that has been built to replace the decrepit hall in the village. My first time at the golf club which sits amongst pretty rolling farmland outside the village. It has an impressive new building too with great views of the course. I'm not a golfer, being of the "it's a good walk spoiled" persuasion but I can appreciate why many would enjoy the tranquility here!
