Stuffed myself with steamed vegetables today on more than one occasion, you get such a different long term type of 'fullness' and you don't feel at all guilty, I highly recommend it people!

Very happy with my gym session, this could be the routine that breaks the wall I have hit recently.

By the end of Feb I think there will be a big difference, especially if I can stick to better food and sleep the way u am doing at the moment (minus the big weekend just gone)
