Tilt Shift

I saw mention of a technical photo challenge on Vickym25's blip the other day, and thought I might dip into it occasionally.

So with the absence of a tilt shift lens, I had to do this through Photoshop. I did try to do something like this inside the supermarket, but I was being watched by the security, evidently they are all over shoplifting and need to focus on nuisance photographers.
