Love At First Sight (well, almost!)

Hamish: p is having to work lots of evenings at the moment so he had to take today off. My humans took me to Gifford for lunch then we went to something called The Beach. We had a walk through some woods and some sand dunes and suddenly there it was! Lots of empty sand and water and oystercatchers to chase. I wasn't sure at first about the whole sand thing, but got to live it. It's the most running around I've done since S got the flu. There were also gannets diving for fish but I couldn't chase them as I don't like getting my feet wet. Then we went to a cafe for tea and cake. Today was absolutely brilliant.
