One Lone Gull

Went down to the Port to eat my fish and chips for tea before going to a focus committee meeting.

First I photographed Terns and Gulls then young people out in little yachts' out on a rough harbour. Many of them landing in the water but they seemed to be able to right them and carry on.
Then there was a cruise ship in Timaru for the day so took that as well. It looked so lovely but such grey skies tonight. After having temps in the 30 plus Celsius range for the last few days now back down to 16. Such a shame that all those overseas visitors would see Timaru on such a grey day. Went back down the bay after the meeting and saw it going out. A rare sight in Timaru.

However the gull won the contest.
