Eleven noses

I visited an exhibition in the University Library called "Collected: curiosities from the University Collections". Here is a blip of one of these curiosities: plaster cast noses. They are taken from a figure of Christ from Michelangelo's Pieta cast at the Royal Academy of London and used to repair the nose of the Pieta in the Edinburgh College of Art cast collection.

The exhibition runs until 1st March and is well worth the visit.
