Morning trip to the doctors for Arlo's immunisations, last ones until he's at high school. Seems a long way off. He was incredibly good about it all, couple of whimpers offset by a new toothbrush and a box of smarties. There was a lot of discussion afterwards about why the lady jagged him and how he didn't like doctors.

Decent swim at lunchtime.
