Perfect pancakes

For the first time in my life, yes, the first ever! I made perfect pancakes. We knew we would live in fear of the power going out all day will all the ice, so a hot breakfast was in order. Perfect pancakes, power staying on and a great amount of planning and writing done made this Wednesday a winner!
