Day after day..

..alone on a hill..

This house is at the top of Scouriemore brae (getting the lingo now!). It's being done up, slowly.. And it's not really alone, the next house is less than 100 yards away..

A beautiful day today, almost a touch of spring in the air, blue skies with occasional cloud cover. The forecast was haeavy rain in the NW Highlands!..

Did have a few spots while we were planting trees, but not much.. Just have a 100 hawthorns to plant now, and some cuttings from the willows. Really pleased with the 400 or so we planted last year, a good 80% have survived and are looking good, hopefully they'll grow on a bit this year now they're established..

Been down to the school playing chess, and camera club tonight..
