Deep Tissue Massage....

....I was hoping for a relaxing, sleepy massage with the waft of lavender and the flickering of candles, but my gift from the gym (given because it's my birthday month) was agony!

It was a very lovely gift though and my muscles feel much better for it....but I'm off to light some candles and have a soak in the bath so I can have the 'relaxing' part of the evening's requirements!
