Conal, Max and Phil

Conal came round (Max's brother from another Mother), Gulli and I played Happy Families, Zombie Dice and Shave a Sheep with him while Zebedee drew, we watched Stargate Atlantis and had dinner, while Max was cooking Phil popped round so they all got blipped.

The weather has been foul today…. I went to the Hospital for physio, she is really pleased with me and has said I should try Pilates at home until I can do all the exercises without pain and build up to going back to classes and also swim once a week, I see her again in 6 weeks.
