Has taken a lickin

This tree is in my backyard.How it has survived with all the abuse it has been through is astonishing.
It has been hit by Bulldozers and Backhoes during the Grading process on the land.
It Has been through a number of Harsh storms,and of course been peed on by what seems to be every dog in the neighborhood.
Yes,The poor thing has been through hard times,and has the scarrs to prove it,
Yet it has survived,and is still producing beautiful leaves that I can enjoy looking at in the fall.
