Gorse Bud.

It was another miserable day, and I needed to prepare for an AGM in time for this evening. I did decide to pop out for a short while when the rain stopped; I filled my pockets with flash guns, cables and other assorted stuff I might need and stepped out of the door as the rain restarted.
The camera spent most of its short outing stuffed inside my almost water-proof jacket, only coming out when I spotted something that might be worth blipping. This shot won the day though it could have done with a bit more exposure as I had to work hard to recover the detail in the shadows; I wasn’t going back to retake.
