Harvey Nine Lives

Harvey spent just over three weeks at Fitzpatrick Referrals following the attack.
He came home, skin and bones, staggering around as if he’d just wolfed down three bottles of Jack Daniels. A month later it’s more like one bottle. Last week he managed a walk round the block and this week we had an outing to the park. The vets cannot believe his recovery, or his resilience. He’s got to the stage where he thinks he’s stronger than he is … yesterday, as he ran to greet me, he tripped and fell hard on to his side, his head and neck thwacking the floor but he got straight up again … whilst I nearly had heart failure.
