My sister had an interview at St. Andrews Hospice headquarters today in Airdrie as she's going to become one of their many volunteers. The interviewer offered us both a tour, which was really interesting. The work there at the hospice is inspiring and its all so well organised and considered. Makes you feel warm inside.

We then headed to the hills for a gentle walk at Rawyard Park. This sculpture by Rob Mullholland is fabulous. It's made up of thousands of individually shaped pieces that represent sticks. It looks almost as wind blown as we were. This is my sister with Finn the dog trying not to get blown over.
