Strange Happenings

What is this strange phenomenon? I looked up to the skies this afternoon and noticed that parts have turned blue, I'm not quite sure what has caused this and was about to contact NASA to voice my concerns when all of a sudden the skies became dark and it poured down with rain again.

Still, it was nice while it lasted!
