Spear shaped lights and street furniture

These are very cool items of street furniture, which double as lights. They are the shape of elongated spears and should be positioned in a pedestrian precinct. Sadly, something went wrong with the planning depot at the council and cars venture along this paved road.

My daughter made this blip, she has an eye for curious angles, I think.
