It's been such a long time

Since I put a paintbrush near a canvas . I don't see it happening any time soon.

Tomorrow I was planning to work all day . Instead I am taking James and friends paint balling . I am not participating - I will be sat in the cafe doing some work!

Had gait analysis done at Runners Need today. Really interesting to see that my running technique is almost perfect and to have it explained to me. So inspired that I managed my first 5km run afterwards!

Have since filled up on steak and salad, followed by a cheeky cream cake !
