Christmas day out

I had my niece & nephew for the day today for tehir Christmas day out (I buy them presents but nothing OTT & we always have a day out for their birthdays & Christmas)

We had an early lunch at home then headed in to the National Theatre to see Emil & the Detectives. Great show which we all enjoyed. It was INCREDIBLY windy on the NT outside balcony overlooking the Thames, we lasted all of 5 minutes!
We then walked along the river to the Tate Modern where we hada look around and Alice completed a drawing on the iPad like tablets in the 3rd floor cafe. It was then displayed on the screens os she can now say she's had her art on show at the Tate!
Then on to Wagamama for a meal - I ended up swapping meals with Alice because hers was too spicy, we think she ate some chopped chilli in it) then home.

Betwen the National and the Tate you can access the Thames foreshore which is where this blury iPhone picture was taken. I like it because they're so happy together despite being windswept!
