Romanesco Broccoli/Cauliflower

C made it in butter with baby parsnips & leeks. The leeks dissapeared into the sauce. Very yum.

Bought a combination microwave today. Our little microwave is rusting more & more and with only the halogen oven half of our oven dishes were too big to use. C roasted a whole chicken in his clay pot to try it out. Perfectly cooked.

Very windy, but dry.
