Ground level

I went to the supermarket this morning as I do every Sunday (sorry church-goers), and noticed the river has spilled over the fields, which meant a return on the same road, as the river bridge to the north could well be closed. I usually do a round trip, which gives my lovely car a burst on the bypass on the way back and then another river crossing.

There weren't many cars at the supermarket, which opens at 9.30 on Sundays allowing half an hour's browsing before the tills open, and noticed an oil spill on the ground.

Hence today's blip.
