Craigend Castle, Mugdock

Today the three of us we went for a walk in Mugdock Country Park.

The weather was pretty atrocious and we spent the best part of an hour dodging heavy showers running from one tree to another. I'd call it 'welly boot weather'.

Sturdy boots didn't stop me slipping on a muddy slope and ending up flat on my face! Only thing hurt was my pride.

Home now and looking through today's pics from iPhone & Camera and have decided to go with this one of the now derelict Craigend Castle.

The castle has a sign attached 'Development Opportunity'. You'd need more money than sense to take that on.
