365: All Ablaze

I heard a while back that if a supermarket opens a new store, regardless of how big it is, it will not take away any customers from neighbouring supermarkets. Although I totally believe it, how on earth can this be possible? Do we just eat more? Do we dispose or more? Do we end up spending more? On reflection, the answer to all three is probably YES!
