Seeking a Higher Value

Even the young ones got in on it today, but I think it was more fun just to light the candles.

A great break in the rain and chance to get away from Milan for the day, and a lovely lunch with new friends (another ex-pat couple - wife Italian and husband Australian). The few people in the small restaurant were very curious about our table... including some distant family of my wife which were overly curious about the 'outsiders' and also mixed talking in English and Italian - often all at the same time! haha, fun.
