In Flight!

I had no idea I had caught the heron in flight but was thrilled to find the image in the corner of one of my photos. My sister and I had a visit to the botanic gardens in St Andrews, making the most of a bright sunny morning. We hoped the heron would be in his usual spot at the side of the pond and sure enough there he was. I lost count of the photos I took before the heron deciding he had done enough posing, spread his wings and flew off. I tried to track him with my wee camera ..... here is the result!
