Bones

Skeletons in the closet or bones in the garage. Either way, I'm sure we all have our own version. Occasionally I'll find things that just beg to be added to my "just can't get rid of it" collection. I have more than a few such oddities in my possession. As if I am somehow obliged to care for them until they are bequeathed to the next generation, who will undoubtedly wonder - hopefully in quiet and amused bewilderment - how best to continue caring for them.
