Monday's Mexican Meal

It was a relatively long Monday considering how short it really was. I've got a good storm of work- a paper to write, a paper to review, and a paper to rewrite after a review. I've got contacts to schmooze and (non faculty) interviews to prepare for, and I've got lectures and fun class activities to plan. After Zumba, pseudo Mexican food seemed appropriate- with good results! And now I'm on to blipping, playing with the cat, and valentines surprises!
