Orchestral Fringe Benefits

One of our talented violinists has a tradition of baking these scrumptious lemon sugar Valentine cookies for the rehearsal that occurs just prior to Valentine's Day. That rehearsal was tonight, and here are a few musicians enjoying their cookies during our break.

The cookies were outstanding and provided just the sugar rush I needed. I only had five or six!

Our harpist (or, harpoonist, as I prefer to call her) and percussion section joined us tonight, and boy how they fill out the sound. Things are starting to come together, and not a moment too soon.
