Guacamole Time

My youngest asked me to help her make make guacamole for her Spanish Class. Before we got started, I thought perhaps a still life was in order. The guac turned out better than the pic.

FWIW - Ingredients

6 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
2 limes - juiced
4 roma tomatoes - diced (we used 5)
1 cup diced onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons salt
fresh ground pepper
dash of cayenne pepper

mix, boom, guacamole!

Next time I might add jalapeños for a little more kick. ;)
