Lost

As Herself has described in her journal for today, there is great sadness here after two young men have been lost, apparently blown, or perhaps washed by a wave into the sea from an exposed path. One body has been recovered but the search for the other has been called off due to bad weather.

We know well the location where they were lost, it is a very wild but beautiful place. The two men were around the same age as our two sons - so we can imagine how their families are feeling and our sympathies go to them.

The image is not intended to show the location and the life-buoy has no direct connection with the incident, it's on the beach near our house. I chose it because it looks so sad. I have set the map location to show where the tragedy happened.
