Semla May I present the Swedish tradition Semla a wheat bun with almond paste laid on the bun below the cream, cover shall be dusted with icing sugar and should be eaten either as it is or in bowl with warm milk hetvägg. Concentration ranges usually between January and February and until Lent when the bun has its own day Shrove Tuesday March 4. All the Swedish related eating a lot of this bun.
