Today I went to a dedication in memory of Noreen Young, a great Nurse leader, who inspired me very early on in my nursing career.

The quotation above was printed in a photo display next to the plaque in the library, dedicated to her memory.

These words symbolise for me everything Noreen stood for in relation to her professional values about Nursing. She was a special person and I feel privileged to have worked with and known her.
