Bicycle parking

On my way over to the Main Library this afternoon, I noticed an interesting style of parking for bikes. There are simply not enough railings for all the bicycles here, but one bike is taking up less space by being parked upright.

It was very cold, but note the sunshine :o) Roll on summer!
